So, I came up with a solution using a database view. In the database view, I displayed the incident number along with the attachment, and users were able to download them. Let's quickly see how we can achieve this in ServiceNow. Currently, I am in my ServiceNow dashboard, where I will add that report. But first, I need to create a database view. If you do not have admin access, you will need to ask your administrators to create this database view for you. To create a new database view, I'll click on "New" and then give it a name. Let's call it "Incident with Attachments". Once I have named it, I will save it. Now, under "View Tables," I will click on "New" to add the tables for the view. The first table is the incident table, where all the incidents are stored. I'll select this table and provide a prefix if needed. In this case, we do not need any where clause. I'll submit this. Next, I'll click on the "New" button in the view table section again, and this time I'll add the attachment table, where all the attachments are stored.
